I’ve been quadriplegic for 40 years and seen many hospital doctors, and Dr. Botti displayed excellent bedside manners to begin with, which many doctors lack. But he covered all the bases during my 5 day stay for a gall bladder removal and treated me like a human being instead of lab rat.
